RATES
All room rates quoted in US Dollars per night, single or double occupancy. The rates are EP, net of commission and exclude 8.75% Barbados VAT and 10% service charge.
Children 12 and under free of charge (EP) when sharing with 2 full paying adults. Extra person when sharing pays additional US$ 30.00 per night.
CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR SUPPLEMENT & MINIMUM STAY:
SUPPLEMENT OF US$ 40.00 PER NIGHT & 7 NIGHTS MIN. STAY WILL BE APPLICABLE DURING THE PERIOD OF DECEMBER 22-JANUARY 2.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
A three night cancellation charge is applicable, unless notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to arrival in the summer season and 21 days prior to arrival for winter season (Dec 22-April 15).

Silver Point must receive pre-payment at 14 days prior to the Client arrival.
